hey, if you notice that your package and/or the items inside were damaged from the shipping, report it immediately to us with pictures at firstname.lastname@example.org. if the package was delivered to your door by a SERVICE PROVIDER, before signing any papers of acceptance discuss the situation at hand with the COURIER.
We do not refund for lost (or unclaimed or undeliverable) packages but we ADD INSURANCE TO ALL INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS AND will do our best to track it down for you.

if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason you can return it to us for a full refund.
Here is how the return process works:
FIRST MAKE SURE THAT:
your purchase was not a special made to order item (it was not tailored to fit specifically you or was otherwise personalized for you), since those are not eligible for a refund;
no more than 14 days have elapsed since you received your item;
you have only tried the clothing on to see HOW It fits and did not wear it for any other purposes;
the appearance of the clothing was not affected, IN OTHER TERMS IT IS IN UNUSED AND NEW CONDITION;
all of the labels and tags are still attached and intact.
After receiving your return package and inspecting the condition of the clothing, we will start processing your refund. Please allow a 3-day window (from the date of receiving your return item) for us to process everything. We will reimburse the full price of your purchase to the bank account stated in your return form. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by e-mail when your return has been completed.
In your return package make sure to include:
EVERYTHING THAT CAME WITH the item, INCLUDING ANY CARDS, BROCHURES, ETC.;
YOUR PROOF OF PURCHASE (E.G. INVOICE);

RETURN THROUGH YOUR SELECTED SHIPPING SERVICE
When you received your order, either by Omniva courier or self-service terminal, you also got an SMS and e-mail informing you about the incoming parcel. The same message has to contain a return code as well. You can use this return code to return your purchase, using its original packaging, through any Omniva parcel terminal.
Keep the original sender label on the parcel and go to your nearest Omniva terminal. There on the touchscreen select the function "Return parcel" and either scan the barcode available on the original label or enter your return code manually. The terminal will then print out a return label which you should attach to the packaging. Then put the parcel in the opened locker, close its door and select "Confirm" on the touchscreen. If you wish, you can print a receipt.
